I believe these are from 1991and are part of a series of 12 special edition tapes that came with a Hot Wheels Car. We have 4 of those. Each Tape has two fully animated episodes. Included are Drivers of Steel+Red-Handed, Lakeside Rally +The Spy, The Venice Carnival + Panic On The Pan-American, and Valiant VS.
