You are bidding on a gently used and very rare Japanese import digital stereo audio 12" laserdisc of The MTV Video Music Awards Collection 1986 (1986) [WPLR-55], a condensed version of the 1986 MTV VMA broadcast featuring some of that year's VMA winning music videos with appearances by the MTV VJs and various artists.  This program is out-of-print on all formats and has never been made available on DVD.  Track listing: 1.  Dire Straits - Money For Nothing 2.  Bryan Adams and Tina Turner - It's Only Love 3.  Prince and the Revolution - Raspberry Beret 4.  The Pet Shop Boys - Opportunities 5.  Robert Palmer - Addicted To Love 6.  Don Henley - The Boys Of Summer 7.  a-ha - The Sun Always Shines On TV 8.  a-ha - Take On Me The disc itself is in near-mint condition with only very minor surface marks that do not affect playback.  The jacket and obi are in excellent condition with only very minor corner wear but no shelf wear.  A great compilation of hit music videos from the mid-'80s and a nostalgic look at MTV as it used to be.
